Security Boxes That Fit Moultrie D55 Style Lockboxes that fit Moultrie D55,D55IR, cameras are made of all steel construction with baked on powder coat finish, then a camo break paint is applied. They can be screwed to a tree, (or they can be bungeed and a python cable can be added for hunting on public land as an additional option), and have plenty clearance for large headed lag bolts. All boxes are lockable for added security. There are holes cut for the additional battery pack option. These boxes add security to theft and also eliminate animals from chewing on your camera. Once the box is screwed or secured to the tree the camera can be taken in or out without any repositioning or rerunning of test cycles. The camera will always point back to the same spot. Great product. Does the job as advertised. Already had a few bears try to rip this off the tree. Would recommend this product. Fast shipping and good customer service.

This item is to large for my D55 IR P camera. I see no way to line everything up so that the lens,flash,are not covered up. And there are no holes to line up with to keep it in place. Any suggestions. Wrong box?

I like the box because it makes it harder for someone to steal your camera. I will buy one with all my cameras from now on.... with that said the only issue is it is to big for the camera. I had to add a block of wood inside to get the camera to sit high enough. Also did minor cutting on the face of it to make it fit. All in all tho not a bad product.
